Exciting news . . . the color proof sheet arrived from the printer today, and I couldn’t be happier. The images look JUST like I was hoping/expecting they would.
This means that it’s time to go on to the next stage! I’m making my final adjustments to the files and sending them off to the printer. Then will begin the long period of waiting. Waiting and waiting and waiting . . . but at the end of that period there will be books! Beautiful, colorful books filled with shoggoths. And that makes the long wait bearable.
In the meanwhile, I have the color proof sheet (which I think I might hang on the wall above my desk). It’s so pretty.
